EYFS outdoor continuous provision plan- Sand Area

Having shared with you my love for Concept Cat in a previous post, I wanted to share with you further detail about one of the things that I have done with it.

I am in the process of making new continuous provision plans for the different areas in my classroom. I want them to support the adults in my classroom to know about the kinds of vocabulary that they can be using as well as the way that different activities can progress throughout the year.

I've made posters that show the possible learning experiences (with links to the non-statutory Development Matters document), focus vocabulary (from Concept Cat) and the different skills that may be used/needed in this area.

There are also spaces for a list of the continuous provision available and ideas for enhancements.
